Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion in an on-site, full-time role based in Borivali. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts and detailed designs, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain design integrity and project timelines. The role involves overseeing project planning, managing budgets and schedules, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The Senior Architect will mentor junior team members, participate in client meetings and presentations, and contribute to design reviews and quality control processes. This position requires proactive collaboration, effective communication, and strong leadership in a studio-based environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience leading commercial and residential projects.
- Demonstrated skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Integration of systems, materials, and building technologies within cohesive design solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant Software Development or software integration concepts as they apply to design tools.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong technical drawing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead architect role, including mentoring and guiding junior professionals.
