Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of complex projects, overseeing architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and coordination across disciplines for commercial, residential, and specialized spaces such as cinemas and healthcare facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding project teams, reviewing and refining design proposals, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role involves managing project timelines, monitoring quality, resolving on-site design and integration challenges, and supporting documentation from concept through execution. The Senior Architect will mentor junior team members, contribute to design standards, and support continuous improvement in workflows and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience leading medium to large-scale commercial, residential, and specialized projects
- Experience with Integration and coordination across structural, MEP, interior, and landscape disciplines, ensuring cohesive and buildable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility for registration is preferred.
- Advanced skills in CAD and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software), and strong technical detailing capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor less-experienced colleagues.
