Architect | Mumbai | 5 Years Experience.Full time, in studio | Mon to Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
LMC Architects is hiring an Architect to join our design studio in Churchgate, Mumbai.
What we are looking for:
An architect who can confidently manage both design and execution while working collaboratively with our team and consultants.
Requirements:
Up to 4 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
- Proven experience in high-end luxury residential interior projects (essential).
- Experience in hospitality projects is preferred.
- Strong site execution knowledge and coordination experience.
- Ability to manage projects responsibly from design through execution.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
Software Skills:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop
Technical Skills:
- Strong design and conceptual ability, with proficiency in AutoCAD
- Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Ability to run projects and manage site, contractors, and vendors
- Strong time and project management skills, able to handle deliverables and deadlinesIf you enjoy taking projects from concept through execution and thrive in a detail-oriented design environment, we would love to hear from you.
