8-12 years experience in large scale residential projects & private villas
Technical knowledge of building design and construction
Knowledge of fitting layouts for residential apartments
Knowledge of municipal regulations
Experience of site visits
Preparing detailed working drawings
Co-ordinating with consultants and clients
Experienced in leading meetings with clients and consultants
Able to provide inputs and give decisions on Structural & MEP design
Skilled in AutoCAD
Knowledge of working with REVIT & Sketchup
Written & verbal communication skills
Team leader - able to lead a team of senior and junior architects and draughtsmen
Team player - to be able to delegate work or be able to work under a senior
Able to visit sites in and out of Mumbai
Managerial skills to handle a team
