Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer
Location – Pan India – 4 days WFO
Experience: 7.5 to 13 years – Should be hands on

Soft Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments
• Customer-focused mindset with consulting experience
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
Technical Skills (AWS Services, would consider competitive alternatives)
• AWS Services: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue, EMR, QuickSight
• ML/AI Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers
• Programming Languages: Python (required), R, SQL, Java/Scala (preferred)
• Generative AI: Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures
• Data Engineering: ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, real-time streaming
• MLOps: CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and deployment automation
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/CDK)
AWS Certifications (Nice to have)
• AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
• AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty
