Role: Senior AI Engineer – Predictive Modelling Platform
Location: PAN India
Candidates with 8+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Role Purpose
Lead the design, development, deployment, and operationalization of the CSPX Predictive Modelling Platform. Responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions across Data Lake integration, predictive modelling, workflow automation, Power BI integration, EIP deployment, and future Consumer 360 integration.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Technical Leadership
- Lead technical design and architecture implementation.
- Define development standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Support architecture, security, and governance reviews.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Platform teams.
Data & AI Engineering
- Design and implement Data Lake integration.
- Build and optimize predictive models and AI solutions.
- Implement model validation, explainability, and version control.
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and reproducibility.
Application Development
- Develop and maintain Python, Streamlit, and FastAPI applications.
- Build Creator-Reviewer workflows and APIs.
- Integrate modelling services with Power BI and enterprise applications.
- Support workflow automation and operational efficiency improvements.
DevOps & Production Readiness
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
- Participate in EIP onboarding and production deployment activities.
- Implement monitoring, logging, scalability, and resiliency controls.
Security & Governance
- Implement enterprise security standards and role-based access controls.
- Support Entra ID, SailPoint, and Azure Key Vault integrations.
- Participate in validation, DTRA, VQD, and compliance activities.
- Ensure auditability and operational compliance of AI solutions.
