Role Description The Senior AI Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that support XLNC Exotic’s operations across real estate, hospitality, legal compliance, and vehicle rentals. This full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar involves building and optimizing machine learning models for pricing, occupancy forecasting, property valuation, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The person in this role will work closely with product, operations, and legal teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, design scalable data pipelines, and integrate models into production systems. Responsibilities include researching and experimenting with advanced AI techniques, maintaining model performance, ensuring data quality, and documenting methodologies and systems. The Senior AI Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and support continuous improvement of the company’s AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in AI and machine learning, including experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Hands-on skills in programming and data engineering, ideally with languages such as Python, and experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Experience in deploying AI models to production environments, working with APIs, microservices, or cloud-based architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and design solutions that support business operations and decision-making.
- Proven experience leading technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring other engineers or data professionals.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliable, maintainable solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, mobility services, or related domains is an advantage, as is familiarity with regulatory or compliance-focused systems.
