Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer (Experience 8-10 Years)
Work Location: Bangalore (Work From Office only)
About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and build low-latency, voice-enabled intelligent systems. You will lead the development of real-time audio streaming pipelines and scalable ML solutions on AWS, delivering production-grade conversational AI experiences.
What You Will Do· Architect and build real-time audio pipelines (streaming, chunking, VAD, response triggering)
· Develop and optimize ML models for ASR, TTS, and VAD
· Design low-latency inference systems for live audio interactions
· Build event-driven, scalable architectures on AWS
· Integrate AI capabilities via APIs and streaming interfaces
· Drive latency optimization (sub-second response times)
· Own model deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning
· Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction
Core Skills· Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
· Experience in audio processing (FFT, spectrograms, sampling)
· Hands-on with real-time streaming (WebSockets, gRPC)
· Solid understanding of ML lifecycle and production systems
· Experience building REST and streaming APIs
AWS & Infrastructure· AWS: Lambda, Step Functions, S3, CloudWatch, Kinesis/EventBridge
· Experience with Docker and microservices architecture
· Understanding of scalable, distributed systems
Experience· 8+ years in AI/ML engineering
· Experience with real-time or low-latency systems
· Background in conversational AI / voice systems preferred
Good to Have· Experience with streaming conversational AI platforms (e.g., Nova Sonic)
· Exposure to LLMs and multimodal AI
· Knowledge of MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection)
