We are looking for an experienced, target-oriented Admission Counsellor who can effectively convert leads generated through our marketing campaigns into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads and other marketing channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding NDA, CDS, AFCAT and other defence entrance examinations.
- Convert interested prospects into confirmed admissions.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the management to improve conversion rates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in educational counselling, admissions or inside sales.
- Proven track record of lead conversion and target achievement.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling and closing skills.
- Experience in coaching institutes, EdTech or the education sector preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of admission targets.
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + performance-based admission incentives.
Location: Dehradun / Lucknow (Work from Office)
