SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Lucknow. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The Senior Accountant will monitor budgets, support financial forecasting, and provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supporting audits, improving financial processes, and maintaining accurate, well-documented financial records.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic planning.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of applicable tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Several years of progressive accounting experience, including responsibilities at a senior or supervisory level.
- Comfort working in a mission-driven, education-focused organization and aligning financial practices with long-term sustainability.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Lucknow. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral that align with Learngeeta’s brand and educational goals. Day-to-day tasks include designing and refining layouts, selecting and applying typography, preparing illustrations, and adapting existing designs for various platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with content creators, marketing teams, and educators to translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging designs. The Graphic Designer will also maintain brand consistency across all materials and prepare files for production or upload.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography for clear, readable, and aesthetically aligned text layouts.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Formal education in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required.
- Interest in educational content or familiarity with the Geeta and related cultural contexts is an advantage.
