Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our Growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting tasks, preparing reports, and supporting month-end closing activities. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and helps maintain the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements. ∙ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
∙ Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
∙ Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. ∙ Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
∙ Maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
∙ Monitor cash flow and budgeting activities.
∙ Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
∙ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. ∙ Support payroll processing and expense management.
∙ Work with accounting software (Tally, Busy, and ZohoBooks).
Requirements:
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
∙ 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience with strong knowledge. ∙ Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes. ∙ Experience using ERP or accounting software.
Soft Skills:
∙ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∙ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
∙ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∙ Ability to explain financial concepts in simple terms.
