Gourmisserie Private Limited is a growing food and beverage company committed to delivering high-quality products through operational excellence and innovation. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team and support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation across production and warehouse locations.
- Analyze food cost, recipe costing, production cost, wastage, and gross margins.
- Verify purchase, sales, and production transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for inventory and cost control.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital planning.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure strong internal controls and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Bakery, Restaurant, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and costing.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with inventory management and Petpooja Software accounting will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
