* Assist clients throughout the company incorporation process, addressing their queries professionally.
* Collect, review, and verify client information and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
* Prepare and file required documents with relevant government authorities.
* Track incorporation applications and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
* Work closely with internal teams to address legal and compliance-related challenges.
* Stay updated with applicable laws, rules, and regulatory changes.
* Respond to client queries and ensure timely resolution of compliance-related concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documentation, and resolutions.
* Identify opportunities to improve internal compliance processes and operational efficiency.
* Gradually take ownership of client assignments and responsibilities as your knowledge and experience develop.
๐ช๐ต๐ผ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ช๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ?
* Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with completed internship.
* Must have cleared at least one professional group.
* Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Commerce, or a related field.
* Prior experience in incorporation services, legal consulting, compliance, or a similar environment will be preferred.
* Good understanding of corporate and business incorporation compliance.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
* Familiarity with MS Office, Zoho Projects, and other relevant tools.
* Most importantly, a learning mindset, ownership attitude, and genuine interest in building a long-term career in the CS profession.
