Role Description The Security Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Mathura, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and property assets. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring entrances and exits, overseeing CCTV and other surveillance systems, conducting regular security patrols, and enforcing hotel security policies. The role involves managing visitor and contractor access, responding to incidents and emergencies, documenting reports, and coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when required. The Security Executive will provide guidance to staff on safety procedures, support compliance with company and legal security standards, and assist in training sessions related to security awareness and incident response.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including surveillance monitoring, access control, and incident handling.
- Candidates should possess Cybersecurity and Information Security skills to help protect digital systems, guest data, and internal information.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills to support secure hotel network operations in coordination with IT teams.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and external agencies during routine operations and emergencies.
- Relevant experience in hotel, corporate, or facilities security; prior work in hospitality security is an advantage.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures, basic risk assessment, and safety compliance standards.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CCTV systems and access control tools.
- Completion of secondary education; additional security certifications or training are beneficial.
