Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support the product and development teams. The role involves removing impediments, coaching team members on agile practices, and ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized. The Scrum Master will collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve communication, support continuous delivery, and enhance team performance and productivity. This position also requires monitoring sprint progress, analyzing metrics, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sprint Planning skills and experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret team metrics and improve processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience working with User Stories, including refinement and prioritization.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development environments and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and support diverse, distributed teams.
