Content Creator & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can turn simple ideas into content people actually want to watch.
You will work closely with our creative, cinematography and video editing teams to create social media content for premium brands.
What you'll do
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and social media content.
- Develop hooks, ideas, scripts and content concepts.
- Participate in shoots and help execute creative concepts.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram and other platforms.
- Work closely with cinematographers and video editors.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements.
- Take client feedback and coordinate revisions with the creative team.
- Present content ideas and get client approvals.
- Follow Instagram trends and find ways to turn them into brand content.
- Understand different brand personalities and create suitable content.
- Take ownership of the content workflow from idea → shoot → edit → client approval → delivery.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media or a related role.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Basic to good video editing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients.
- Ability to work with a team and handle feedback.
- Someone who understands that a good Reel is more than just good visuals.
