Candidate Responsible For
- Cloning of genes in E.coli, insect and mammalian expression vectors and sequence verification.
- Perform and optimize protein expression studies in E.coli and small scale purification by affinity chromatography.
- Stable cell line development in mammalian cells, starting from transfection to cell banking and expression parameters optimization.
- Protein expression in Insect cell lines
- Document the experiments in timely manner and maintain the records.
- Timely transfer of the process/technology to respective department.
- Work alongside the seniors in contributing to overall business objective.
