We are looking for an experienced SAP Transformation PMO Manager to drive governance and delivery excellence across SAP, AI, and Enterprise Technology transformation programmes.
📍 Location: Bangalore, India
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage programme governance across SAP, AI, and Enterprise Technology initiatives.
- Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs, and delivery reports.
- Manage RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, dependencies, and change requests.
- Drive governance forums, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting.
- Track programme financials, vendor deliverables, procurement, CAPEX/OPEX, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, finance teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure successful programme delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a PMO Manager, Programme PMO Lead, or Transformation PMO.
- Strong expertise in:
- Programme Governance
- Executive Reporting
- RAID Management
- Financial Tracking
- Dependency & Risk Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Vendor Coordination
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP, ERP, AI, or Enterprise Technology transformation programmes.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP AI
- Finance Transformation
- Agile, SAFe, SAP Activate, PRINCE2, MSP, P3O
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, Clarity, MS Project
