Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple fintech implementation projects.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Client teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
- Organize governance meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project KPIs and create dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, project governance, and documentation.
- Support release planning, change management, and project audits.
- Identify delivery risks and escalate issues to project leadership.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and banking/financial services clients.
Required Skills
- 7-10 years of PMO/Project Coordination experience in IT, Banking, or Fintech.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities.
- Experience in banking or financial services projects is preferred
