SAP SuccessFactors Developer
Experience: 5–10 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Developer with 5–10 years of experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting SuccessFactors solutions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems.
- Work with Employee Central, Integration Center, OData APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and SAP CPI/Integration Suite.
- Develop and support interfaces using APIs, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide production support.
- Perform data mapping, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation and work with functional/business teams.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors development.
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience developing SuccessFactors integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Center and OData APIs.
- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and integration concepts.
- Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- SuccessFactors certification.
- Experience with SAP BTP and SFTP.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with payroll or other HR systems.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors data model and business rules.
