As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to address their complex business challenges, from strategy to execution, within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will be part of a team that leverages extensive consulting and industry experience to deliver impactful solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections, guide and mentor junior team members, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will also focus on building your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively manage multiple client engagements, establish effective working relationships, and contribute to the development of your team's technical acumen. You will stay informed about local and national business and economic issues, and actively participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities. This position offers a unique chance to grow within our SAP practice, where you will continue to develop internal relationships and strengthen your PwC brand.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and training junior staff to enhance team capabilities
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business objectives
- Contributing to the development of technical skills within the team
- Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing personal brand within the organization
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to drive digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborating on strategic technology planning and business transformation projects
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business issues and improve client outcomes
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the team
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized database management
- Engaging in business transformation initiatives
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
