🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant / SME with strong expertise in functional consulting, solution design, production support, integrations, and technical enhancements.
The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional designs, configuring SAP Marketing Cloud processes, resolving production issues, and supporting integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Act as an SAP Marketing Cloud SME for functional consulting, solution design, support, and technical enhancement activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Configure and support Contact Management, Interaction Management, Segmentation, Target Groups, Campaigns, Lead Management, Lead Scoring, Consent Management, and Marketing Analytics.
• Provide functional support for day-to-day production issues, incident analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Design and support integrations between SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud, eCommerce platforms, SAP CDC/CDP, middleware, and third-party marketing platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, integration teams, and external vendors.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and support documentation.
• Participate in testing, deployment, post-go-live support, and enhancement activities.
