Job Summary
• Role Title: SAP IBP Supply Planning Specialist
• Experience Required: 4–8 Years
• Domain Focus: Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Optimization, & S&OP
Location: Pan India
Core Responsibilities
• Demand-Supply Balancing: Align supply chain capabilities with demand forecasts, mitigating bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
• Inventory & Safety Stock Optimization: Manage inventory levels and establish optimal safety stock policies to maximize service levels while minimizing holding costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Data & System Management: Maintain and leverage Inventory, Safety Stock, and Demand/Supply data within SAP IBP.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Supply Planning & Inventory Modules).
• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of S&OP workflows, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication abilities.
