🚀 Hiring: Senior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant
📍 Location: Delhi NCR (Onsite)
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM and strong expertise in integrating PM with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have worked on end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.
- Gather business requirements and provide end-to-end SAP PM solutions.
- Configure Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Maintenance Plans, and Task Lists.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance processes.
- Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and PS modules.
- Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Provide production support and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP PM functional consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance.
- Expertise in Equipment Management, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning, Work Orders, and Notifications.
- Strong cross-functional integration experience with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and PS.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP Fiori exposure for Plant Maintenance.
- Experience in SAP EAM.
- Manufacturing, Automotive, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or FMCG domain experience.
