Role Description The SAP FICO Consultant will work on-site in New Delhi in a contract capacity, collaborating closely with finance and business teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP FICO modules, managing CO-PA processes, and ensuring alignment between system functionality and business requirements. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing process improvements, performing testing, and resolving issues in financial and controlling areas. The consultant will also prepare documentation, support end users, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system enhancements and periodic audits.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of exclusive experience in SAP FICO.
- Strong SAP FICO and CO-PA skills, with hands-on experience in configuration and support.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Business Process workflows, especially in a SAP-driven environment.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for translating business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Experience in on-site client-facing consulting roles and working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications and prior experience in implementation or support projects.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to document processes and train users.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
