SAP FICO Consultant
Experience: 9-12 Years

Mandatory Skills
- 9-12 years of experience in SAP FICO.
- Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP Implementation projects completed.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or support projects.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
- Configure and support SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Work on GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA, and Product Costing.
- Drive end-to-end project activities including design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, Basis, and ABAP teams for cross-functional integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications and support custom developments.
- Lead UAT, defect resolution, data migration validation, and end-user training.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide solution guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong SAP FICO configuration expertise.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
- Knowledge of GST, taxation, banking, treasury, and financial reporting.
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP FICO Certification.
- Experience in global rollout projects.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori, Central Finance, and Group Reporting.
