JD – SAP HCM Consultant
Job Title: Senior SAP HCM Consultant
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 8+ Years
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP HCM PA, OM, PT & PY
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll, including Wage Types, Schemas, PCRs, retro payroll and payroll reconciliation
- Strong Time Management & Time Evaluation experience
- Experience with SAP HCM HRSP/Support Package upgrades, preferably HR Pack 1–34
- Experience in HRSP impact analysis, SAP Notes, regression testing and payroll parallel runs
- Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live & hypercare
- Integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, SuccessFactors EC, ECP, S/4HANA and third-party systems
- Experience in production support/L2-L3 and issue resolution
- Ability to coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security and Integration teams
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Key Focus: SAP HCM PA/OM/PT/PY + HRSP Upgrade + Payroll Testing + Integration + Production Support.
