Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP CO activities for SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield migration projects.
- Validate business requirements and perform process analysis, configuration, and solution design.
- Support end-to-end migration activities, including testing, cutover, and deployment.
- Ensure SAP CO processes align with S/4HANA best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with global business teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional SAP teams.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities during transformation projects.
- Support workshops, documentation, and stakeholder communication across geographies.
- Deliver project milestones within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Essential Skills

- Expertise in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration methodologies.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Integration expertise with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Experience working on global rollout or multi-country implementation projects.
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience in large-scale enterprise SAP transformation programs.
- Exposure to third-party system integrations.
- Background with SAP consulting or implementation partners.
- Experience working with international clients and global teams.
