Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Specialist / Specialist – SAP Ariba Buying to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Ariba Buying solutions, along with strong expertise in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba Buying solutions.
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing processes within SAP Ariba.
- Configure and support SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA MM modules.
- Ensure seamless functional integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform system configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and custom developments.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Support production issues, change requests, and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall SAP experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Buying.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA MM (Materials Management).
- Good understanding of procurement lifecycle and purchasing business processes.
- Experience with SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP configurations, customizations, and functional design.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP Ariba implementation projects.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain processes.
- SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with multinational organizations or reputed consulting firms is preferred.
