Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Patna. The Salesperson will identify and approach prospective clients, present service offerings, and build strong relationships with decision-makers in sectors needing facility planning and cleaning services. Daily activities include making sales calls, conducting in-person meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals and achieve sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with operations teams to ensure promised services are delivered, maintaining accurate records of leads and client interactions, and providing regular sales reports to management. The Salesperson is expected to represent the company professionally, gather market insights, and contribute to local business growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in client prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales in B2B or service-based industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with business clients and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of facility management, housekeeping, or related service domains, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including maintaining records, tracking pipelines, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with local travel in and around Patna for client visits and site assessments.
- Proficiency in using phones, email, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents) for sales activities and reporting.
- Prior sales experience in hospitality, facilities, or cleaning services is preferred but not strictly required.
- Minimum educational background at the higher secondary level; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
