Position: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer

Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
- Strong experience in Salesforce QA, Manual & Functional Testing.
- Experience testing APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Experience with custom Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar test automation frameworks.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Experience with UI automation, regression testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing using Playwright.
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient in writing test cases, executing test plans, and documenting defects.
- Familiarity with LWC UI testing, Apex testing, Salesforce configuration, workflows, and validation rules.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar defect tracking and test management tools.
- Expertise in writing SOQL queries for Salesforce (SFDC).
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and security standards.
- Strong experience in API and Integration Testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Playwright Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Playwright automation scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Automate UI, functional, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report automation failures and application defects.
- Maintain and enhance the existing Playwright automation framework.
- Collaborate with developers, Salesforce teams, and QA engineers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, where applicable.
- Ensure adequate automation coverage for Salesforce features, integrations, and user workflows.
