Job Description
Role Name: Salesforce QA
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru
Work Mode : 5 Days work from office

Role Overview
Looking for a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience in testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role involves test planning, execution, defect management, regression testing, and validation of Salesforce solutions against business requirements.
Strong experience in Agile/Jira, collaboration with developers and BAs, and independent ownership of QA deliverables is required. Hands-on experience with Leapwork and/or Playwright automation and maintaining automation/regression suites is highly preferred. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
Job Summary:
- 7+ years of QA experience in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Salesforce Admin certification preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers and business analysts
- Understanding Salesforce solution design and user stories to ensure alignment with business needs
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira
- Ability to manage deliverables within the team and alongside third-party partners
- Independently handling test design, execution, and defect resolution
- Expertise in maintaining a Regression Test Suite to uphold functionality across key capabilities
- Experience with QA automation (using Leapwork, Playwright), including maintaining and enhancing automation suites
