- Salesforce configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture & Landscape
- Salesforce implementation from scratch / new instance setup
- Salesforce Web Services, WSDL & Integrations
- Integration of Salesforce with external applications
- Reports & Dashboards
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Functional / Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management across multiple countries
