Role Description
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure and continuously enhance Salesforce Service Cloud (e.g., workflows, automation, case management)
- Contribute to integration scenarios and ensure data consistency across systems
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
- Collaborate closely with the external Salesforce implementation partner, with the goal of building internal expertise
- Ensure quality, stability, and maintainability of implemented solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test scenarios, and perform testing
- Work in close collaboration with international teams (India and HQ Germany)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in implementation projects, ideally focused on Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, sharing)
- Solid experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, automation, case management, and user/role management
- Basic development knowledge (Apex, Lightning, LWC) with the ambition to deepen these skills
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience working on production Salesforce environments and in agile delivery setups (e.g., Scrum)
- Understanding of service and customer support processes
- Experience collaborating with external implementation partners
- Strong combination of process understanding and requirements engineering skills
- Experience working in distributed international teams
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership and delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum, mandatory)
- Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru, India (On-site, no shift work, standard local working hours)
