Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce ATM technical development and integration with SAP CGTO (Cell Gene Therapy Orchestration) and SAP S/4HANA for cell orchestration processing. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
(a) Work from India to US West Coast timezone which is approx IST 3~4 pm start until 11 ~ 12 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management Development:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce ATM (Advanced Therapy Management) solutions to meet business needs.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce ATM applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
- Configure and manage Salesforce ATM workflows, process builders, and approval processes.
- Deploy Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management for Hospital/ Treatment Center
- Configure Salesforce ATM for COI/COC Reporting
- Integration with SAP CGTO and SAP S/4HANA:
- Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce ATM and SAP CGTO/SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Develop and maintain middleware and APIs for seamless data exchange between Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Integration areas are Patient Registration, Hospital Onboarding, Order Management, Status Management, Product Transfer, Carrier, POD
- Cell Orchestration Processing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cell orchestration processing requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions for cell orchestration processing within the Salesforce ATM framework.
- Optimize and automate cell orchestration workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Enable reporting for treatment center and manufacturer
- Technical Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce ATM development and integration techniques.
- Testing and Deployment:
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, performance tests, and GxP protocols to ensure the quality of solutions.
- Coordinate with QA teams to validate functionality and performance.
- Manage deployment processes, including sandbox management, change sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Documentation and Support:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration diagrams, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce ATM applications and integrations.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues and user inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on ATM solutions.
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with SAP CGTO and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Strong understanding of cell orchestration processing and related workflows.
- Experience with middleware and API development for system integration.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce DX.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CGTO and SAP S/4HANA integration techniques.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (SAP CPI).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer (preferred).
- SAP Certified Development Associate (preferred).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
