🚨 We’re Hiring: Sales Team Lead
Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong leadership and team-management skills?
Solforge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead and grow a high-performing sales team in Kochi.
💼 What you’ll do:
• Lead and manage a team of 5–7 members
• Drive lead follow-ups, conversions & sales performance
• Monitor individual and team targets
• Coach team members and improve performance
• Ensure achievement of monthly business targets
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 2–3 years of team-handling experience
• Experience managing a team of 5–7 members
• Proven sales & revenue target achievement
• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• CRM/Lead Management experience preferred
💰 Earning Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
📍 Location: Kochi
