Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Chat Process – E-commerce Seller Support. The role involves assisting international sellers through chat, resolving their queries, and providing timely and effective solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer/seller queries through international chat support.
- Assist sellers with account, order, product, and platform-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Identify and troubleshoot seller-related problems.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process.
- Seller Support experience is mandatory, irrespective of industry/domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
