Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting recruitment services, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, understanding hiring needs, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate sales records in CRM or related systems. The Sales Specialist collaborates with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations and provides ongoing customer support to encourage repeat business. The role also involves participating in sales training, monitoring market trends, and contributing to sales strategies that drive growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and experience in converting leads into long-term clients.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide and support sales initiatives.
- Relevant experience in B2B or recruitment services sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage targets, and maintain detailed sales documentation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
