About the Role
QvalFocus Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Recruitment Interns with a Life Sciences educational background. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in US Life Sciences Recruitment and Staffing while working with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand US recruitment and staffing processes.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Explain job opportunities, work locations, and client requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
- Support recruitment and business development activities.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work in the US Night Shift (EST).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and career-oriented.
