About the Role:
Value Gold, India’s trusted brand in Old Gold Buying & Release of Pledged Gold, is seeking a qualified Executive – Branch Operations to join our branch located in Visakhapatnam (Jagadamba).
Job Details:
* Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
* Work Days: Monday to Saturday
* Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Work Location: Jagadamba, Visakhapatnam
* Compensation: ₹22,000/- CTC per month
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction & Sales: Explain the gold buying process, rate structure, purity evaluation, and documentation requirements to walk-in customers. Efficiently handle queries and objections to close transactions.
* Verification & Compliance: Collect, verify, and ensure the completeness of KYC, identity, and address proof documents. Validate the release of pledged gold while adhering strictly to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
* Branch & Operations Support: Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, maintain accurate transaction records, generate routine reports, and coordinate effectively with Accounts, Compliance, and Pre-Sales teams.
