We are expanding our market presence and looking for energetic, field-oriented and result-driven Sales Officers to grow with our team.
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and strengthen the Dealer & Distributor Network
* Conduct regular market and field visits
* Identify and develop new markets and dealers
* Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations & product promotions
* Achieve assigned sales targets
* Generate orders and ensure payment collection/recovery
* Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors & farmers
* Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market reports
* Support company promotional activities and market-development programs
