We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Marketing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business leads and develop client relationships.
* Handle office operations related to sales activities.
* Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients.
* Schedule meetings and coordinate with colleges and corporate clients.
* Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
* Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
* Ability to manage office responsibilities while driving sales.
* Experience in the education/training industry is a plus.
