We have an urgent requirement for the position of Sales & Marketing Manager at a Cancer Institute in Mumbai , it has 2 centers Khar and Thane
Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing
- Can join within a month
- 10–15 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic industry.
- Oncology sales experience will be preferred.
- Should have an established network and strong relationships with doctors and hospitals across South Mumbai.
- Should be comfortable working independently, as this is an individual contributor role.
- Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales strategy and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Develop and expand business across oncology diagnostic centers, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and other key healthcare decision-makers.
- Manage strategic accounts, including corporate hospitals, cancer centers, and diagnostic chains.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Oncology.
- Organize and support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, scientific meetings, and educational initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and periodic performance reports.
