Job Summary-
Khheti is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to independently drive sales, market expansion, product positioning, and vendor/business relationships. This is a field-focused role requiring strong market exposure and hands-on FMCG sales experience.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Generate and convert new B2B & B2C sales leads.
2. Develop distributors, retailers, dealers and channel partners.
3. Build and maintain strong vendor & supplier connections.
4. Handle the complete product portfolio and market positioning.
5. Conduct regular field visits and develop new markets
6. Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies
7. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
8. Manage product launches, promotions and market penetration
9. Conduct competitor, pricing and market analysis
10. Negotiate commercial terms with clients and vendors
11. Coordinate internally for product availability, packaging and order fulfilment
12. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
13. Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and performance reports
Candidate Requirements-
- 4–8 years of relevant FMCG experience is required, preferably with strong exposure to food, wellness, Ayurvedic, herbal or consumer products. The candidate should have an established market network, strong negotiation and communication skills, and be comfortable with extensive field work.
