Sales & Marketing – Publishing
Experience: 3–4 years | Full-time | Bangalore
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing professional to join our publishing house. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in publishing, books, media, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and expand distribution across bookstores, distributors, institutions, and other channels.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for books, authors, and new releases.
• Build strong relationships with booksellers, readers, institutions, and literary organisations.
• Plan and support book launches, literary events, festivals, and author engagements.
• Identify new sales and marketing opportunities and take ownership of execution.
• Track sales, market trends, and campaign performance.
We’re Looking For:
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• A genuine interest in literature, books, and the publishing world.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• A strong sales orientation and ability to work towards targets.
• Highly driven, proactive, and willing to work hard.
• Creative, organised, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
