Role Description The Sales Manager – Real Estate will oversee sales operations, client acquisition, and revenue growth for real estate projects, working on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with property buyers and investors, and conducting site visits and presentations. The role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, tracking performance against targets, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, ensure accurate property information, and enhance the overall client experience. This position requires active participation in negotiations, closing deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, business development, or property consulting, preferably in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to engage with diverse buyers, investors, and channel partners.
- Proven capability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams, including setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex property details clearly.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent travel within the region for meetings and site visits, and flexible scheduling as required.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and relevant legal or regulatory aspects; experience with residential or commercial projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software for maintaining records, preparing reports, and tracking leads.
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- B2C sales experience of minimum 1 year
