Role Description The Sales Manager Corporate and Wellness is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing corporate and wellness business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, wellness partners, and event planners, and driving room and package sales for Pushpam Hospitality resorts. The Sales Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, and coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of corporate retreats, wellness programs, and events. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales pipelines, preparing reports and forecasts, conducting market and competitor analysis, and representing the brand at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Strong corporate and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in hospitality or wellness sales, with the ability to design and pitch customized corporate and wellness packages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing proposals, reports, and sales documentation.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for sales tracking and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with willingness to travel to resort locations and client sites as needed.
