🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales Manager – Real Estate
Are you a passionate real estate sales professional with a strong track record of converting opportunities into successful closures?
Flow Realty is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive sales for our Residential & Plotted Development projects across East & North Bengaluru.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Generate and manage leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-ups.
🔹 Conduct site visits and deliver effective property presentations to prospective customers.
🔹 Convert enquiries into bookings and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
🔹 Develop business through Channel Partners, brokers, and other referral networks.
🔹 Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
🔹 Negotiate effectively and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
🔹 Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, lead status, and customer records.
🔹 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable RERA guidelines.
👤 What We're Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
✔ Experience in Residential and/or Plotted Development projects
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
✔ Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market
✔ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
