Job Purpose
We are looking for a Manager – Sales to drive business growth within the Fintech and Financial Services segment for Ultra. The role will focus on acquiring and growing relationships with fintech brands, lending platforms, digital banks, insurance companies, investment platforms and other financial services businesses, with a strong focus on mobile performance advertising and measurable user acquisition. The ideal candidate will understand how fintech businesses acquire customers digitally and will be comfortable selling CPI, CPA, CPL and other performance-led mobile advertising solutions tied to clear acquisition and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business acquisition across the Fintech and Financial Services ecosystem.
- Identify, prospect and build relationships with fintech brands, NBFCs, lending platforms, digital banking, insurance, investment and wealth-tech companies.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closure and account growth.
- Understand client acquisition objectives and build performance-led media solutions around them.
- Sell Ultra's mobile user acquisition and performance advertising solutions, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, Digital, User Acquisition and Performance Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective fintech advertisers.
- Develop customised pitches and proposals based on client acquisition goals, target audiences and performance metrics.
- Work closely with internal Campaign Management, Account Management, Product and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase budgets, scale campaigns and expand into new products or markets.
- Track pipeline, revenue and client performance against business targets.
- Stay closely connected with fintech marketing trends, customer acquisition strategies, competitive offerings and evolving digital advertising models.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, performance marketing, mobile advertising or user acquisition sales.
- Proven experience selling to Fintech / BFSI / Financial Services clients.
- Strong understanding of mobile performance marketing and user acquisition.
- Experience with performance models such as CPI, CPA, CPL, ROAS and other outcome-based campaigns.
- Existing relationships with fintech advertisers and/or performance marketing teams would be a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including app acquisition, attribution, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
- Strong consultative selling and business development skills.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, Digital and User Acquisition functions.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to independently build a pipeline and deliver revenue targets.
- Highly entrepreneurial, hands-on and target-oriented.
The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who understands how fintech companies grow their customer base. Someone who can walk into a conversation with a Growth or Performance Marketing leader and talk about CAC, acquisition, scale, quality of users and ROI — not just impressions and reach. You should be comfortable selling in a performance-led environment where the conversation ultimately comes down to results.
This is a hunter role. We need someone who can open doors, create demand, win new advertisers and grow the business.
