Responsibilities
- Responsible to recruit new agents.
- Responsible to activate agents as per set organisation standard.
- Responsible to meet GWP targets through Motor and Non-Motor products.
- Responsible for retention as per set organisation standard.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of experience in Agency.
- Knowledge of SME product will be added extra weightage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill .
